The Yonkers Parking Authority
is dedicated to providing the public with
safe, clean, and reliable parking facilities throughout the City of Yonkers.

New Permits
Purchase initial permits in person at the YPA offices. Please bring your license and vehicle registration.

Online Permit Renewals
Renewals must be processed from the 15th of the month through 3 days prior to the expiration date. Please contact the YPA to obtain a PIN number.

Smartcards are now available for purchase at the Yonkers Parking Authority in the downtown area for single space onstreet parking meters only. Unused time can be added onto card!

During the trial period you can get your $25 Smartcard for $20 by visiting the Yonkers Parking Authority. Call (914) 965-2467 for more information.

Meter Bags can now be rented for $15.00 a day per parking meter. Call (914) 965-2467 for more information.

Effective Immediately: BVG daytime commuter hours have been extended. The new hours are 6:00am-9:00pm.

Late Night Hours on Wednesdays from 8:30am- 7:00pm.

Parking Permits
Current permit holders may renew permits online. New permit holders must purchase initial permits, in person, at YPA offices. At the time of purchase, please have your license and vehicle registration available.

Water Taxi Commuters

As of the Spring of 2008

the NY Water Taxi lowered its rates.
